THIS APP DOES NOT EVEN WORK! Rip off!!

So, one person out of 15 got this app to work (supposedly). I couldnt get it to work and I followed the instructions exactly as stated, including the timing of opening the Ruzzle cheat program. I got the same error message as everyone else who reviewed this app. Very frustrating and I want my money back.
